Applied Piezo zet zich in om nieuwe toepassingen en piëzo elektrische materialen mogelijk te maken. In de lezing wordt een overzicht gegeven van de toepassingsmogelijkheden voor ontwerpers en nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van piëzo elektrische materialen.

 On wednesday the 1st of december 2010 Applied Piezo chairman Jan Peters presented the first copy of a new Applied Piezo book to the director of the Mikrocentrum Geert Hellings. The book "The hidden use of piezo technology in applications all around us" was written to show the everyday use of piezo applications and the importance of further development of this technology as supported by the Applied Piezo foundation. Geert Hellings and the Mikrocentrum were one of the first organizations supporting Applied Piezo at the start 6 years ago.
